The service provider offers dental services to its patients.

2. Appointment Booking

Treatments are available by prior appointment only.

Appointments can be booked:

• by phone
• by email
• through the online booking system

3. Online Booking

When booking through the website, the patient selects the requested service and an available appointment time.

By submitting a booking, the patient accepts these Terms and Conditions.

4. Advance Payment

For certain services, booking an appointment is subject to the payment of an advance.

The advance payment will be deducted from the total treatment fee.

5. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled treatment time.

In the event of cancellation within 24 hours or failure to attend, the advance payment is non-refundable.

6. Invoicing

An invoice will be issued for the advance payment.

A final invoice for the full treatment fee will be issued on the day of the treatment.

7. Final Provisions

By submitting a booking, the patient confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
